Hi, Dark. My name is Ivan, and I am an Independent Assessor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you.

    • Have you tried using a different microphone to rule out any hardware issues?
    • Do you only present on Discord or Steam? Have you tried them on a Teams or Zoom call?
    • Do you have updated audio drivers?

    You need to configure input

    1. Discord: Go to User Settings > Voice & Video and make sure the correct microphone is selected under Input Device.

Steam: Go to Friends & Chat > Settings (gear) > Voice and make sure the correct microphone is selected under Microphone.

    1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone and make sure both Discord and Steam have access.
