My Audio Interface is not being detected by my pc anymore but works on other computers

Good day, currently, I'm facing a problem where when I plug my audio interface, my system doesn't detect anything even if I turn on show hidden device in device manager. My audio interface works perfectly fine on other computers except mine. The product is called Teyun Q12 and I can't find any drivers of it in the internet. Before it works completely fine, but when i tried to connect a jbl speaker to it, it just randomly stopped working. The cause is probably connecting it to the jbl speaker (I used a male to male 3.5mm aux cable to connect the speaker to the audio interface). I've done a lot of things already to the point of actually resetting my whole pc. I also did some third party driver updaters and stilll doesn't work. Also did a cmos batt trick which restarts your BIOS settings and still didn't get anything. Also when I connect it to the motherboard usb ports, my other devices such as mouse and keyboard will stop functioning. But when I connect it to the front panel usb ports or the usb ports of the pc case, it doesn't do anything. Please I'm begging for a solution now I've been itching to plug my guitar into my pc and hear the glorious sound of neural dsp. HELP ME

Also additionally, my jabra speaker which is also a usb device, when I connect it to the pc, it produces sound but after couple of seconds, it doesn't anymore but is still connected to my system and doesn't disconnect. Maybe the problem also backlashed to other audio devices which sucks cause I'm an audiophile and it's so ironic how audio devices doesn't work on me.

Go to download folder right click on the file downloaded and install it, then restart the computer to check if it works.

I found some drivers at this link but only for windows 8 or 7 so you could try the Win 8 ones 32 or 64 bit accordingly

    Hi Adrian,

I'm Rehan, a Microsoft Windows independent advisor and a windows user like you.

I will happy to help you with your query today.

I understand that how important it is for you to get the audio working and I apologise for the experience you're having while being tried all the basic troubleshooting.

I would still recommend you to download the audio drivers from intel and reinstall them.

Also, uninstall all the audio devices from device manager and then reinstall them.
