Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

The red bars in Task Manager indicate processes that are suspended. This means the system has paused them to save resources, and they are not actively using CPU, memory, or other system resources at the moment.

you can see the status "Suspended" next to several entries, like "Phone Link" and "Feedback Hub."

It's normal behavior and usually nothing to worry about.

Please let me know if you have any more questions, I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity
