File Explorer/Registry Problem

Hello everyone. My File Explorer crashes when I right-click my desktop. My menu bar disappears, then my screen gets white, and then I have a blue screen and my File Explorer restarts, the problem then happens again. Also, it is very slow and does the loading animation three times before opening any file in the Explorer.

I already tried various solutions, and I am really desperate. The things I tried:

  1. Restarting my PC
  2. Restarting the File Explorer
  3. Using ShellEx View to disable the context menu handlers
  4. Doing a complete antivirus check
  5. Running Sfc scannow and DISM Repair (Sfc repaired some files, but it didn't help)
  6. Updating Windows
  7. Clear file explorer history
  8. Windows-Memory diagnostics

I tried using the Eventviewer and the Problem Report Logs, they give me following answer:

So as it says there seems to be a Problem with SHELL32 but I dont really understand what the problem is (I could imagine it has something to do with the indexing and registry). I also tried using the additional troubleshooting in the Windows settings, under the "Search and indexing". There it tells me every time that the Windows Search is not available. Which it tells me it got fixed after its finished but comes back every time. And also that there are "Incorrect permissions for Windows Search-directories" which it doesnt even fix. And I dont know what to do about it. I really dont want to reinstall Windows so any help is deeply appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

So, I let some time pass and the issue comes and goes how it pleases. There are some times when I restart 3 times and the Explorer still crashes, and then there are times when the issue just disappears, and it works normal for a day or two. As I said, the CrashDumps folder remained empty after several tries. Do you have any other ideas that can resolve this issue?

Well, I don't know what you did, but just by running the REG file, the right click crashes disappeared for like 10 minutes but are back now. But there is no file in the folder I created.

The REG file enables crash dump files to be generated whenever Explorer crashes. I'm surprised that no files were created in the CrashDumps folder.

Please run this REG file → explorer_crash_dump_enable.reg

    Click Yes to confirm.

Create a folder named "CrashDumps" on the C:\ drive.

Simulate the crash by right-clicking on the desktop.

Check the C:\CrashDumps folder for dump files.

Share the dump file on OneDrive.
