    Hello Zac.K,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

I understand that you are having trouble launching the Roblox launcher. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue.

    1. Click Windows + R key, type sysdm.cpl and click enter.
    2. In the advanced tab, under Startup and Recovery > Select Settings.
    3. In the Write debugging information, Select "Complete Memory dump".

    4. Click Ok and restart your computer.

    • After the system restart, click the windows + R key, type %localdata% and find the Roblox folder, click Delete.

    • Then Uninstall the Roblox player from the App settings (To uninstall go to > Settings > Apps & Features) and re-install the Roblox player Launcher.
(Right-click the RobloxPlayerLauncher and run it as administrator).

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N

    Zac.K,

If you are still experiencing issues, create a new Windows user and see if you can launch Roblox from another profile.

    a. Uninstall the Roblox player from your PC.

    b. Then, go to settings > Accounts > Other users.

    c. Sign in with another Microsoft account (or) to create a local account, select "Add a user without a Microsoft account".

    d. Follow the instructions to finish setting up the account

    e. Sign in with the new user profile and install Roblox.

    f. If Roblox launches, it's good to go and you can play. (or) If it does not launch, make sure you make the new user an Administrator. If Roblox still does not launch, remove the administrator permissions from this new user and try again.

Once Roblox launches, you actually have 2 options:

    1. Continue to play Roblox on the new user.
    2. Return to your main Windows user and download Roblox Player again. That should also launch since it launches in the new user.

If none of these steps work, you may need to contact Roblox Support for assistance.
