            How do I force open File Explorer
    

    open - File Explorer using the Run command . Here is how..

             Press **Win + R** to open the **Run** dialog box. 
    

    Type - Explorer.exe on the space, provided and then click oK

           ****           or press **- Enter** to access **-** Windows **File** Explorer.

    Restarting Windows Explorer

    1. Right-click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen and click : Task Manager. ...
    2. Click More details.
    3. Find and click Windows Explorer and click Restart
               in the lower right corner. ...
      
    4. Click File and select : Run new task.
    5. Enter explorer.exe and click oK.

    Attention,.! if you already tried and quote, part of your post

           Then. Try the following solutions, posted on this link below
    

    they're the [(Sfc /scannow) and DISM)] Tools << Apply all its instances

           -- I'd suggest don't **run** the last " 3- 4 - 5. workarounds" 
    

    and also Skip the " Repair in place" That appears at the. Page's - End

             Those ones, require too much effort and could worsen the
    

    File Exploer - Malfunction : but. if you decide to apply them >> Go forth

    I have the same problem and here are the details. when i try to open file explorer it appears on the task bar but when i try to maximise or something else it just doesnt appear even if i try restarting windows, restarting explorer it still doesnt appear. it started after i restarted my pc
