I apologize for the long delay in response. Today, I Re-installed windows 10 using media creation tool.

After the processes is done my laptop still doesn't have Bluetooth. When I ran Bluetooth troubleshoot then it says

    DEVICE DOES NOT HAVE BLUETOOTH

Bluetooth is not available on this device. please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capabilities to this computer. After clicking 'NEXT' problem found says Bluetooth capabilities detected.

What can I do next to fix this persisting issue

    Hi, Yagyanta Acharya

Thank you for your reply! I apologize for being late!

I understand your situation. It is important to explain that the delay you initially experienced with your Bluetooth headset is related to the compatibility of your Bluetooth headset, which is usually optimized for Android or IOS devices, and the Bluetooth protocol for cell phones is different from that of PCs. So if you are experiencing Bluetooth headset delays on your PC, it may be due to the fact that your headset is not adapted in Windows, and you can contact Realme officials. Incidentally, my Bluetooth headphones (Air pods) also experience delays on Windows 10, for which I did a series of troubleshooting and finally realized that it's a compatibility issue with Apple's Bluetooth protocol. In your case, this is due to the fact that you have not downloaded the appropriate version of the Bluetooth driver, which is not compatible with your current device, thus causing the Bluetooth headset to not produce sound when connected.First of all, we recommend you to reset your Bluetooth headset, you need to read the manual of your headset or contact Realme manufacturer.Afterwards, try unpairing your Bluetooth headset, add a device manually in Bluetooth Pairing, select Audio Devices and try connecting your Bluetooth headset to see if the sound appears in the headset.

If you still can't get sound, it is recommended that you try Reset PC with Personal Files Retained, which will restore your computer to its factory state and will roll back the Bluetooth drivers to their factory version. Please refer to the steps under the “Reset your PC” option in the link below:Recovery options in Windows - Microsoft SupportIf you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Actually, what happened is I was constantly experiencing sound lag with my Bluetooth earbuds Realme Buds air 5 pro while connected to my laptop.

my laptop has Bluetooth version 4.2, and my earbuds supports 5.3 version.

then I search about it and one article guided me to update Bluetooth drivers. then I went to troubleshoot settings for Bluetooth, but I got no fix. then I went to update Bluetooth drivers but it's saying that it's already updated. Then once again I was on a searching for my problem on google there on one website, I don't know the name but there is advertisement of an app surfacing on that website named driver hub. I installed it and scan for missing drivers with this application. basically, it will scan my device for the missing drivers and will install it for free of cost. I installed all of the drivers it suggested but my problem still persist. then one article on Google said to reinstall Bluetooth drivers can resolve your problem. Then I went to device manager and uninstalled Bluetooth. But I don't how to reinstall it lol. I searched on google but didn't get anything because I uninstalled Bluetooth from my laptop completely. Then I searched for Bluetooth drivers for my laptop brand on Lenovo's official website. From there I have download a .exe file. I can show you that .exe file but I don't know how to attach it here. So, I ran that .exe file and Bluetooth is back on my laptop (icon and settings).

But now the problem is that earlier there was sound in the earbuds but now after following above procedure sound
is completely gone. But the laptop is showing my device is connected.

As you asked me to follow those steps to resolve problem. In first step you unpair device and ad device in sound setting
but there is no option to add device.

    Hi, Yagyanta Acharya

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you are experiencing no sound when connecting your Bluetooth headset after reinstalling the Bluetooth driver.  This may be caused by your Bluetooth driver compatibility issue. ***May I ask that how did you reinstall your Bluetooth?***You can try the following options first:1. Add the device manually-Unpair your headset first-Then open Settings-System-Sound, click “Add Device” under “Output”, and reconnect your Bose headset via Bluetooth.-Then set the sound output to your headset and see if it solves the problem.2. Turn off Hands-freeIn the sound settings, select the output device as Realme buds air 5 pro (Stereo).3. Uninstall all drivers-Press windows+X, click device manager. In Device Manager, uninstall all drivers under “Sound, Video, and Game Controllers”, then restart your computer, wait for the system to reinstall (if it doesn't install automatically, try to scan and detect hardware changes in Device Manager), and connect the Bluetooth headset again. If you still can't solve the problem after the above execution, then it means that there are problems with your Bluetooth driver or device compatibility, we suggest you visit your computer manufacturer's official website or the motherboard's official website, choose another version of Bluetooth driver to install, and then test whether the problem can be solved. In addition, the Bluetooth protocol on computers is not the same as that on cell phones, so the compatibility of Bluetooth headsets and computer Bluetooth hardware also needs to be taken into account. You can check your computer's Bluetooth version by following this link: What Bluetooth version is on my PC? - Microsoft Support

**After our inquiry, your headset Bluetooth version is 5.3, so if you want to be fully compatible with your headset, your computer Bluetooth version should be at least LMP 11; if your LMP version is too low, there will be a Bluetooth headset can not be fully used, which has nothing to do with the Windows system, but with the factory version of your computer Bluetooth hardware, if your LMP version is not up to 11, you may need additional Bluetooth hardware. If your LMP version is not up to 11, you may need to connect an external Bluetooth driver to use your Realme buds air 5 pro.**If there is any follow up on the information, or if you have made any progress, you are welcome to contact us at any time.
