Thank you for the update!
I understand that you're facing difficulties accessing Safe Mode and that you want to avoid resetting your PC due to important documents.
Since you mentioned that Safe Mode isn't working, try running the Automatic Repair again by interrupting the boot process three times. This should bring you to the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). From there, select "Troubleshoot" and then "Advanced options." Look for the option to run "Startup Repair."
If that doesn’t work and you can access WinRE, you can also use the Command Prompt to perform a system file check. Navigate to "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Command Prompt." In the Command Prompt window, enter the following commands one by one:
sfc /scannow
chkdsk C: /f /r
The first command will check for and repair any corrupted system files, while the second will scan for disk errors. After executing these commands, restart your computer to see if it boots normally.
If the issue continues, you might consider using the reset option. You can choose "Keep my files" to reset your computer without losing your important documents.
Let me know how it goes or if you need further assistance!
Regards,
Nals
