Follow the printer manufacturers instructions. (if they support Windows 11)

If the printer manufacturer does not support Windows 11 then you may not be able to use the printer. What is the full make and model of the printer.

Hi Rob, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my working hours vary & I usually reply between 10:00 pm & 6:00 am EST(UTC -5) Monday to Sunday.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, to connect the printer to the PC, there are many ways, you can either connect it through cable or wirelessly (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi), once you have paired or connected it, you may add the printer from the PC Settings:

Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners

Select add device and follow the prompt to add it.

Note: If you are getting an error, I suggest downloading the printer driver your the printer manufacturer's website and installing it.
