I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, to connect the printer to the PC, there are many ways, you can either connect it through cable or wirelessly (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi), once you have paired or connected it, you may add the printer from the PC Settings:
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
Select add device and follow the prompt to add it.
Note: If you are getting an error, I suggest downloading the printer driver your the printer manufacturer's website and installing it.
