Hey Louis!
Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this on Microsoft Solitaire.
Just a gentle reminder that we are only Microsoft users here in the community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access any Microsoft System.
Kindly perform the following workarounds according to Independent Advisor Nilay Bhattacharjee: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/...
"check it by clicking on Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Store Apps.
Method 1:
- Press Windows key + R and this will open up the run box
- Type in services.msc and press Enter or hit OK
- Look for the following services
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
- Right click on each of them and click on Properties and set the Startup type to Automatic and Start each service if it is stopped
- Restart your PC afterwards and then check and try again
Method 2:
*If you are logged into the game, you might/will be prompted to login again if the app will successfully launch/open.
- Click on Start
- Click on Settings
- Click on Apps
- Under Apps & features and look for Microsoft Solitaire Collection and click on it
- Click on Advance options and try to reset the app first by clicking on Reset and see how it goes
- In the event that reset did not help, try to uninstall the app by clicking on Uninstall and reinstall it from the Microsoft Store afterwards and see if that helps out. "
