In Windows 11, the setting for "Screen and Sleep" keeps resetting, How to fix this?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Odyssey laptop with Windows 11 and I have the "Screen and Sleep" setting set as balanced, with the "Plugged in, turn screen off" and the "On battery power, turn screen off" both set as 10 minutes. And the "Plugged in, put device to sleep after" and the "On battery power, put device to sleep after" both set as 20 minutes.

However those settings only stay in place until I end up removing the power cord, or connect the power cord. Then the settings reset and the screen turns off after 2 minutes and goes into sleep mode after 5 minutes.

I have the Windows 11 completely updated, yet I'm unable to find a setting to prevent the "Screen and Sleep" settings from constantly resetting.

It's September 20, 2024 and this issue still exist even after I installed the latest Windows Update to date. Other advises from the internet does not help at all. Microsoft, please fix your annoying bug and stop blaming on other software or settings!

I agree. I have scoured the internet for a fix to this problem and have changed every conceivable setting and nothing fixes it, it ALWAYS reverts back to 2 minutes for all sleep settings at some point. I am lucky if I can make it through one day before it changes back. It is infuriating when I work at my computer all day every day and my computer suddenly goes to sleep when I step away for no longer than 2 minutes. Based on the countless other people who are having this same issue with their Microsoft Windows OS, regardless of the actual physical computer brand, I am starting to seriously consider switching to an Apple computer. This "bug" is THAT frustrating!!!! FIX IT NOW!!!!
