    Hi,

    Firstly, Update Video Drivers-

    1. Open Device Manager → Expand "Display adapters" → Right-click your GPU and select "Update driver."
    2. Also, ensure your system's chipset and audio drivers are updated from the manufacturer’s website.

Please make sure that all your browsers are up to date. If the issue persists in one specific browser, resetting its default settings might help. In Chrome or Edge, type chrome://settings/reset or edge://settings/reset in the address bar and select "Restore settings to their original defaults."

In both Chrome and Edge, hardware acceleration can cause issues with video playback.

    • Chrome: Go to SettingsSystem → Toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available."
    • Edge: Go to SettingsSystem and Performance → Toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available."

Also, Some videos may require specific codecs that might have been removed or corrupted after a Windows update.

Go to the Microsoft Store and search for "HEVC Video Extensions" or other relevant codec packages and install them.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other queries.

    Have a good day

    Thank you for the update!

I would recommend you try the following steps and see if that helps

    1. Run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter

Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type msdt.exe -id MaintenanceDiagnostic, and press Enter.

Follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter, which can help fix common system issues.

    1. Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

    https://support.microsoft.com/topic/use-the-sys...

    1. Perform the clean boot option

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.

    Type "msconfig" and press Enter.

In the System Configuration window, go to the "Services" tab.

Check the box that says "Hide all Microsoft services."

Click on "Disable all" to disable all non-Microsoft services.

Go to the "Startup" tab and click "Open Task Manager."

In the Task Manager, disable all startup programs.

Close the Task Manager and click "OK" in the System Configuration window.
