    Hi

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community ,
I'll be glad to assist you today.

If your Samsung Galaxy Book is stuck on restart and isn’t responding to the usual reset methods, you can try a few troubleshooting steps:

    1.	Force Shutdown:
    •	Press and hold the Power button for about 10-15 seconds. This should force the device to turn off. Wait a few moments, then press the Power button again to restart it.
    2.	Safe Mode:
    •	If the device starts but is still problematic, you might be able to enter Safe Mode to diagnose the issue.
    •	To enter Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the power off menu appears. Then, press and hold the Power Off option until you see the Safe Mode prompt.
    3.	Battery Drain:
    •	If the device still doesn’t respond, allow the battery to fully drain. Once it’s completely out of power, plug it in and try turning it on again.
    4.	Recovery Mode:
    •	Some devices have a recovery mode that you can access by holding specific button combinations while powering on. Check your device’s manual or Samsung’s support site for the exact button combination for your model.
    5.	Contact Support:
    •	If none of the above steps work, you might need to contact Samsung Support or visit a service center for further assistance.
