Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my working hours vary & I usually reply between 10:00 pm & 6:00 am EST(UTC -5) Monday to Sunday.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, upon analyzing and checking the DMP files, the error you have is NETIO.SYS, is a Windows Driver framework that is associated with the Network drivers, which allows communication between hardware and connected devices, for us to fix the issue, kindly follow the steps below and I hope that works:

Method 1. Roll back Network driver.

-Press the Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Network Adapters

-Look for the LAN and Wi-Fi driver

    -Right-click and click "Update Driver"

-Look for "Browse my computer for driver"

-Click "Let me pick drivers available drivers on my computer"

-Choose an old driver or other names of the driver then select it and hit next until it installs.

Method 2. If you have a third-party anti-virus I suggest to uninstall it and check it again.

    Method 3. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

Note: If the issue persists, please download and install a LAN and Wi-Fi driver from your manufacturer's website and or update the BIOS with the help of the PC manufacturer.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard

Thanks Bernard I have tried method 1 and method 3 (haven't tried method 2 yet as I have a paid antivirus).

I will keep monitoring as I haven't observed the issue as of yet.

    Thank you again.
