Touchpad Not Working on HP Pavillion.

So I have a HP Pavillion x360 14 which I bought back in 2020 and for a while now my touchpad had not been working. I use a mouse for everything. When I go into Device manager and under Mice and other pointing devices I can not see my touchpad like I could before. When I go into settings I can also not see touchpad under devices. One of the screenshots below is for what my touchpad looked like in device manager when I could see it. When this problem occurred previously I ran the SFC/scannow program and the problem was fixed for a few months but I no longer am able to successfully do it. As in the touchpad does not work even after running SFC scannow. I once asked this question before and was given a solution where I had to go through BIOS and do some things but that did not help. Instead I lost access to my account and had to make a new one. When I go into the HP help website and go to download new drivers I am asked to select my OS version mine is not an option. When I go into WinVer my version is 22H2. So I am unable to download new drivers for my touchpad from the HP website. Does anyone know what I can do to gain access to my touchpad back again? Sorry if I did not give all the information. If you need more info I will be glad to give it if possible.
