Hello. My computer has been freezing for three days. I checked the event logs and found that I kept encountering two problems.

these are:

The NVIDIA LocalSystem Container service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 128 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Run the configured recovery program.

The NVIDIA LocalSystem Container service terminated with the following error:

A generic command executable returned a result that indicates failure.

i already deleted drivers and reinstalled them but problem hasn't solved. i use windows 11 pro 64x bit and my graphic card is RTX3060

how can i solve those?

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please clarify the following:

    Was the driver you installed downloaded from the Nvidia website or the computer manufacturer's website?

    Before reinstalling the Nvidia driver, did you use the free DDU tool to remove the previous driver?

    What is the manufacturer and model of your computer?

    If you prefer, you can share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Also. Export and share the log for analysis:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Event Viewer";
    2. Expand "Windows Logs" and select "System";
    3. In the "Actions" panel on the right, select "Filter Current Log";
    4. In "Event level", check the boxes "Critical", "Warning", and "Error" and click on "Ok";
    5. Again, in the "Actions" panel, select "Save Filtered Log File As" and save in an easily accessible place.

    Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Assuming a branded PC start with that makeres update utility ,

    Win11 by default only installs critical security updates, unless you made the mistake of selecting “Get latest updates” which includes drivers.

    See your laptop makers support to update both bios and ALL drivers.

    There should be a shortcut to that makers update utility on your system.

    Then set Bios to defaults & Pwr to balanced. At the end of the day shutdown, do not leave in sleep.
