If you're using Microsoft Outlook Classic

    1. Select the photos you'd like to resize.
    2. Right-click and select "Show More Options".
    3. Select "Send To".
    4. Select "Mail Recipient".
    5. Select what size you'd like the photos to be; Smaller, Small, Medium, Large, or Original Size.
    6. Click the "Attach" button.

This will attach the photos to an email, ready to be sent.

    1. Right-click one of the attached photos and select "Select All"
    2. Copy and paste where you'd like to save the new resized photos

    All done!!!

There is no resize option when I right click on a single, or all, photo(s).

    Hi Ian,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Use the Image Resizer Powertoy. Select the files, right-click the files and choose Resize.

As the name suggests, Image Resizer allows a user to resize the Image according to his requirements.

Right-click an Image/Images in the FE and select Resize Image option. You can select from Small, Medium, or Large, or choose a custom size. Click OK to complete.

Thanks for this response. I am aware of Power toys, but it is a Company computer and I cannot install anything the company does not approve. Maybe if Power Toys had a more serious name it would be OK. By chance I read that Win 11 still has the Win 10 File Manager installed, so I can use that to share the files to an email and copy them back from the attachment, like I always did.
