Welcome to the Microsoft Community
Thanks for your feedback. I have read the information you provided. You mentioned that the volume on your computer is stuck at 0%.
I noticed that when you look for your audio devices in Device Manager, they do not appear.
If you cannot see the corresponding device in Device Manager, this usually means two or three possibilities. The first possibility is that the relevant driver is not installed correctly. The second possibility is that your audio device has a hardware failure. The third possibility is that the audio-related services are not enabled.
Try going to your device manufacturer's website to download the latest driver, then install it and test if the problem still exists.
After that, try to check if the audio-related services are enabled. The steps are as follows.
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box, type services.msc and press Enter.
In the Services window, find the following services:
Windows Audio
Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
Make sure their status is "Running" and the startup type is "Automatic". If they are not running, right-click and select "Start".
If you have tried both methods and the problem persists, try connecting an external speaker or headphones to test if the problem persists. If the problem goes away, it may be that the previous device has a hardware failure that caused the lack of sound.
