Critical BSOD Kernel-Power 41 (63) on New pre-built gaming PC

I got a new Cyberpower pre-built recently with the following specs:

Windows 11 Home 24h2 Build 26100

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B650M-A AX6 II

GPU: GeForce RTX™ 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB GDDR6X

SSD: 2TB WD Blue SN580 Series (PCIe Gen4) NVMe M.2 SSD

PSU: 1,000 Watts - Corsair RMx RM1000X 80 PLUS Gold

RAM: 32GB (16GBx2) DDR5/6000MHz Dual Channel Memory (Team T-FORCE DELTA RGB [BLACK])

At random intervals, the PC will blue screen. This varies and seems to have no specific reason for when it occurs. Interestingly, it has never happened while gaming and typically only happens while idle or trying to open up programs or files. There have been times where it will blue screen multiple times before staying on for a day or more.

Since getting the PC, here are the times it has blue screened:

9/12

9/16

9/18

9/24

9/25

9/27

The common thread is the same 4 error/critical/warning logs occurring every time it blue screens in this order without fail:

Error: stornvme Event ID 11: The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort1.

Error: volmgr 161: Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation. BugCheckProgress was: 0x00040049

Critical: Kernel-Power Event ID 41 (63): The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Warning: Kernel-PnP 219 (212): The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load.

Device: HID\VID_0951&PID_16DF&MI_03&Col02\b&1e6ca396&0&0001

Status: 0xC0000365

I have my drivers updated from what I can see. The only other thing I've been able to see regarding this issue is a user on another forum with the exact same windows version and SSD as me getting the same blue screen errors. This only stopped occurring for them when they rolled back to version 23H2, but I have not yet tried to do so. Unfortunately, there is no minidump files available possibly due to the 161 error.

Please solve the problem with power faults first. It is typical enough that they prevent minidumps saving.

Unfortunately not. They are enabled, but the minidump folder itself is completely empty. If a blue screen happens again, I will try to see if a minidump file is created. In the meantime, if there is somehow any way I can provide more information, let me know.

But you do not have minidumps, right?

    Hi,
My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Kernel-Power 41 (63) error mostly means the problem with power supplying. Can you replace power supply unit for checking? It may mean problems with power management in BIOS or motherboard too.

And you may try to turn off all CPU power saving modes in BIOS (different C states) to check if the problem is in motherboard.

    See some details at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client...

Unfortunately, as this is a new PC, I do not have a Spare PSU at this time. No idea if this is helpful, but this is what the event data says:

I did find that bugcheckcode 239 which is 0x000000EF which from what I can find is usually not caused by a faulty PSUs but drivers typically. I will try to uninstall and reinstall every major driver I can in the meantime and see if it blue screens again. I will also try to disable the CPU power saving modes in BIOS as mentioned. if there is anything other suggestions you can provide from this information, please let me know so I may also try it.
