How to connect Iphone to PC

I'm trying to get phone link to work and in order to do so I need to use Bluetooth. I have an iPhone 14 pro and on my Windows 10 pc it ways paired but on my phone it says not connected. When I go to connect it, it says "Connection Unsuccessful, Make sure 'PCNAME' is turned on and in range." Please help

    I have looked into the issue, and from my understanding,Here’s a step-by-step guide to connect your iPhone to a Windows 10 PC:

    1. Use a USB Cable

    • Connect your iPhone to your PC using a compatible USB cable.

    1. Trust This Computer

    • Unlock your iPhone and, if prompted, tap "Trust This Computer."

    • Enter your device passcode if necessary.

    1. Install iTunes (if necessary)

    • If you haven’t already installed iTunes, download it from the Apple website and install it. iTunes helps manage your iPhone's content and updates.
