How do I get NEAT OFFICE help?

Hello again… thanks, I uninstalled the app and things appear to be okay. Only problem is I lost all of my work in the files I created… like before, I have to pay to have access to them.

If you already have Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Microsoft Office) then you may as well uninstall Neat Office.

Neat Office is published by Software Union. This company is not part of Microsoft and not related to Microsoft in any way.

You'll have to contact Software Union via email for additional help. I didn't see any other method of reaching them on their website. To find their email address, go to

In my opinion - I hope I'm wrong - you have a low quality application from a company that simply redistributes software it finds on the internet. If you're looking for a free office-type application, you can do better.

I tried going to the link you provided but it looks like they blocked the contact us link at the top and bottom of the page. How do I get rid of these mimics (software union)? I got tricked into purchasing their Neat Office PowerPoint software when I was renewing Microsoft Office, not realizing I already had Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel. When I work with Excel and Word in PowerPoint, I keep getting the message that Neat Office has received my file. I want this to stop! Thanks
