Hi. I am facing a similar issue where i sometimes have the option to "Get" an application and sometimes not.

All the steps you mentioned did not work.

Keep in mind i already uninstalled and reinstalled my OS but still not working.

    Hi thulung7,

    I’m Vinay, an Independent Advisor.

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community!

I’m happy to assist you today.

If you’re unable to install apps on Windows 11, try these steps:

    1.	Check for Windows Updates:

    •	Settings - Windows Update - install any pending updates.

    2.	Reset Microsoft Store:

    •	Press Windows + R, type wsreset.exe, and press Enter.

    3.	Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter:

    •	Settings - System - Troubleshoot - Other troubleshooters - find Windows Store Apps and run it.

    4.	Check Storage Space:

    •	Ensure you have enough free space on your drive.

    5.	Check for Corrupted System Files:

    •	Open Command Prompt (Admin) and run:

    sfc /scannow

    6.	Re-register Microsoft Store:

    •	Open PowerShell (Admin) and run:

    Get-AppxPackage -allusers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    7.	Check Local Group Policy (if applicable):

    •	Press Windows + R, type gpedit.msc, and check under Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - App Package Deployment.

I hope this solution works for you! If you encounter any issues or have further questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to help.

    Best regards,

    Vinay
