how to increase download speed for steam?

my steam download keeps dropping to zero bps for some reason. ive tried everything possible even unchecking the cache thing in the drives. its really frustrating since im trying to download god of war ragnarok and it just stops and keeps dropping to zero mbps. fo rthe past hour only 5 percent of my donwload is complete. and ive checked my download speed. it is 622 mbps. please help

    Try going to the manufacturer's website and looking for the
    model of your system, download and install the latest network driver.

    If you are using a 3rd antivirus, temporarily uninstall it and see if the problem persists.

    Run these network commands;

    Click on the start menu and type cmd
    Right click and run as administrator
    Copy, paste and enter each one, one at a time.

    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    Also check if you have storage space for the game, in some cases you need a little more space as it is downloaded and then unzipped.
