How do I fix "Event 7000, Service Control Manager"?

My computer has been freezing exclusively while playing video games, where I am forced to shutdown my PC and turn it back on. When I check Event Viewer to see what happened it says:

Event 7000, Service Control Manager
The LMS service failed to start due to the following error:

The system cannot find the file specified.

It does not mention any service I can track and reset and I have tried adding a D-word value on Registry editor, naming it "ServicePipeTimeout", then changing the decimal to 60000. This did not work and it seems to be the only solution mentioned from online solutions.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That error in your evet viewer usually indicates a problem with the Intel Management Engine chipset drivers.

Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, donwlaod and re-install the version of Intel MIE drivers they provide in the chipset section.
