Hello Jalenx24,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. When the trackpad cursor shakes continuously, it might indicate dust on the trackpad or interference from other input devices like a wired or wireless Bluetooth mouse. This is likely the major reason for the issue.
• Ensure there are no dust particles on the touchpad and clean it with a dry cloth.
• Then, if you have multiple input devices connected such as a Wired or wireless mouse, unplug them and re-install the drivers.
To re-install the drivers:
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand the arrow next to the Mouse and other pointing devices.
- If there are no external mice connected to your laptop, right-click all the mice drivers listed, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.
(The mice and other pointing devices section will disappear) Now,
- Once uninstalled, restart your PC.
- Check if the cursor works normally.
If you are still experiencing issues, you can try to isolate the issue by booting to Safe Mode.

If a problem doesn't reappear when you start in safe mode, you can rule out default settings, basic device drivers, and services as possible causes.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
Best regards,
Gunasekar N
