New model laptop not compatible with windows 10 anymore?

I own a laptop Lenovo ideapad slim 5 16IRL8 ( 2023 ) use Windows 11. I'm used to using windows 10 so i installed windows 10 on this laptop and updated the drivers.

But when i checked, i found a lot missing, i tried to update but the system said it was full. Especially my touchpad cannot be used anymore because it lacks drives.
Can you help me answer the reason why? Or is my laptop not compatible with Windows 10. Must be compatible with Windows 11 at all? If so then it's sad, i love Windows 10, it's so familiar in my work.

Thanks!

Hi Cong, I'm John, a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand how frustrating this situation must be. Unfortunately, it depends on your laptop's OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) whether they provide specific driver support for Windows 10 on your device. I checked the Lenovo support page, and it appears that the touchpad driver only supports Windows 11.

This likely means that your laptop is optimized for Windows 11, and you may not be able to use Windows 10 without encountering compatibility issues. I know it's tough to adjust to a new operating system, especially if you’re used to Windows 10.

If you have any questions about navigating Windows 11 or need help with specific features, feel free to ask. I’m here to help!

    Regards, John J.D.

this is useful information for me right now. i was stubborn and wasted my time when it wasn't compatible. i'd better get used to modernity now.
I'm very happy and thank You so much!
