- Power cycle/reset your computer.

select the graphics driver
Try to disable and re-enable the driver

Click List All modes
From the list select the native resolution and supported refresh rate of the monitor

Ensure that the refresh rate matches the monitor's supported refresh rate.
- Download and install the latest graphics driver. Download the latest driver from the manufacturer's site and install it. Also, try the old driver if the latest driver does not work.
