2024-10-16T00:27:40+00:00 well now my download speed is heavily degraded and im going to be honest im sick of windows 11, my honest opinion about this os is terrible, ive switched from windows 10 to 11 over 5 times and everytime ive been disappointed with a different reason everytime, last couple times i used windows 11 was performance issues and now its internet issues. i know your not the creator of windows 11 or a helper but im just sending this for the sole reason on someone from microsoft to see this and fix how many problems there are on this os, if you possibly could tell me how to downgrade to windows 10 without losing all my files but if that isnt possible ill just do it my self

Jan J.23 13,405 Reputation points Independent Advisor2024-10-13T19:43:50+00:00 Hello, my name is Jan, and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry to hear this problem occurred. It is most likely caused by outdated drivers, background applications, or corrupted file systems that cause freezes and slow loading of applications. Also, make sure Windows is up to date.
- Press the Windows key then search ''Network reset"
Then open network reset
and click "reset"
Restart your computer
restart the router
unplugged your network router for 60 seconds
then plug it back in.
- Try reinstalling or updating this network, graphics, audio, and chipset device driver. Download them from the manufacturer's support website and install them. Do not use any driver downloader software to update the drivers.
For the graphics driver installation.
Select the Custom / Clean Installation option.
Restart your computer.
- Perform a clean boot to disable unnecessary startup and services

- Try to perform a system file scan.
Using System File Checker in Windows

- If none of the suggestions work, try performing an In-place repair upgrade. This will upgrade and repair your system without losing your files and applications.
Download the Media Creation Tool here.
https://www.microsoft.com//software-download/wi...
Then choose “ISO”
Once downloaded, click or open the file using Windows Explorer
Then open or click “ configuration” to run.
- Try removing other external USB devices such as controllers and external storage.
This involves checking if they are the ones causing stuttering.
- If you have any Third-party Antivirus installed or uninstalled recently. Fully clean and uninstall them using their dedicated uninstall tool. Restart your computer. Some third-party antivirus can also cause issues with updates and network issues.
