Silver Crest's scanner is compatible with Windows 10 because the device's last update was a long time ago. The manufacturer's most recent scanner driver file is available here:

I'm not sure if you found a solution to your problem yet. I had the same issue and after an extended back and forth with the SC scanner product support team <******@kompernass.de> we discovered the most probable cause of the problem was that my chipset drivers were too old. In other words my laptop motherboard/CPU was outdated (2012). It seems the product will not work with my machine whatever I do. Contact them directly for other ideas. They will do their best to help.

Dear Prakash or Other Microsoft problem solver,

does not fit for Silver Crest Negative Digitiser with high definition CMOS sensor 5 megapixels

Type; SND 3600 A2 on my windows 11 computer. This tool is mentioned for the type SND 3600 C2/ Can you please help me further to solve this problem with my SND 3600 A2 Digitiser.
