The Windows 10 Mobile reached the end of support in 2019, after that there are no newer Windows Mobile versions and there is no way to update it.
How do I update my Windows 10 phone to a newer, supported version of Windows 10? Is it possible to upgrade my phone to Windows 11? I have a Nokia Lumia 830.

I have a Nokia Lumia 830 phone, which is currently running Windows 10. I wanted to update the phone to a newer version because many apps, including Microsoft Store and Microsoft Edge are outdated with the current version.

2024-10-11T16:19:58+00:00 I forgot I still had this old Nokia Lumia Denim. Is there anything it can be used for? It says it does not recognise the sim card and I can't seem to do anything with it. It connects to the internet and to Google etc. Is there any way I can use it as a basic pay as you go phone for calls and messages etc. I guess WhatsApp is not available to use on it. It seems such a shame to not be able to use the phone for anything and just ditch it.
