Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

Try managing the game to open from an NVIDIA Graphics card instead of an Integrated GPU.

1. Open the Nvidia Control Panel (Right-click the desktop and select it)
2. Expand 3d Settings > Manage 3D settings.
3. Switch to the Program settings tab.
4. In the section, "Select a program to Customize", you will have to select your MOHA_setup.exe file.

Click Add > Browse > Local disk C: > Program Files (x86) > Electronic Arts\Medal of Honor Airborne > UnrealEngine3 > Binaries >MOHA_setup.exe

5. Once selected, change the "Select the preferred Graphic processor for this program" option to High-Performance NVIDIA Processor.
6. Launch the Medal of Honor game.
