A big part of the site is translated in French for me. I didn't do anything special. My IP address is in Asia, but my browser preferences accept French with high priority.

I think that this should be posted as "feedback" and not as question as it is now.
I found it more like a bug to report and the feedback tag exist when you ask a question, so I used that way. I seen it as the feedback place is to ask new feature or addon, while the feedback tag was to report bug, but I might be wrong.
