Window 10 installation cancelled. !!!!

Window 10 installation canceled at first phase with no error code only (windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase) tried everything possible :

1-checking the ram (remove and replace with different slots and different ram's) same thing.

2-tried another USB flash with window 10 installation media (with Rufus)and clean (Microsoft installation tool) same thing

3- tried cmd command chkdsk not working said (driver write protected) in diskpart command it's showed up in disk list empty.

4- Tried to convert the SSD into gpt and MBR nothing happened same error (windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation).

Tried new HDD with old SSD and install windows 10 on it same error.

My PC :

core i3 9gen

16gb ram (2*8)

GPU 1050ti

HDD 1t

SSD 120gb

What I have to do to install windows 10??? I really need help here

    You can't imagine how was it hard enough to resolve this issue...I tried everything literally. !!! Nothing works only run the Microsoft installation tool as administrator is the fix.

    took me some time to figure... But it makes me more experience that the important thing to me .

    Update:-

    This is ridiculously a $hit as far as I can say .. !!!!

    [Fixing Error code 0xc0000005]

    Just run the Microsoft installation tool as administrator !!

    So the tool can create a dumb 2 dumb files with (.dll) extension on the same USB flash drive or whatever you use to install windows to prevent the error number

    (0xc0000005 )which is the same error that say (windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase.to install windows.restart the installation).

    I am feeling sorry for my self for been trying everything u can imagine for 9 long days with $hity internet connection to solve this and finally do it ..

    Hope someone can find this useful.
