As i previously said i can have acces to those folder through writing their names on addresse bar though iteans these folders and files exsit and also the recovery app show them as existing files.
My hidden files don't show up
Hi my problem is that i have some files hidden in my external hard drive and they wont show up even after that i change the hidden files setting and the only way to have access to them is by using the address bar how should i unhide them?

2024-10-20T14:19:13+00:00 Thank you for the screenshots, TreeSize will only show the files that actually exists on the drive, if the recovery utility is showing other data on that drive, then you will need to use the recovery utility to try to undelete and recover the files.

Very Important - to run TreeSize, you must right click its icon and choose Run as Administrator.
Please provide a screenshot of that drive in that TreeSize utility showing the location of the hidden files, so I can see your hard drive and work out if there is an underlying problem.
