If your Iomega drive is encrypted and you're unable to see any files, along with not getting a popup to enter the password, here are some steps to help you resolve the issue:
- Go to your Iomega drive in File Explorer and find the Iomega encryption program. Double-click to open it.
- Right-click the encryption program and choose Run as administrator.
- Right-click the program, select Properties > Compatibility, and check Run this program in compatibility mode. Choose Windows 7 or Windows 8.
- In File Explorer, go to View > Show > Hidden items to see if your files are hidden.
- Connect the drive to another computer with the Iomega software installed.
- If the program doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Iomega encryption software.
