so this problem started about 2 weeks ago and its been really bothering me every time i wanna play a different game. this problem never happened before i updated my pc and since then my computer always went into a limbo state of a system crash and always blue screened if i tried to turn off my pc.

my specs are:

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Home (10.0, Build 19045)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930K CPU @ 3.50GHz 6/12

Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. X99-DELUXE

RAM: 32 GB

STORAGE1: WDC WDS240G1G0A-00SS50 (223.6 GB/Fixed hard disk media)

STORAGE2: WDC WD10EZEX-75ZF5A0 (931.5 GB/Fixed hard disk media)

Graphics card1: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (6 GB)

DISPLAY: Asus (ASUSTeK Computer Inc.) ASUS VS247 (1920x1080 / 23.4 Inch)

Camera: Logitech StreamCam

Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow V4

Mice: Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed

(idk my psu but im assuming that its at least 600wt)

please contact me or reply wwith helpful information because this has never happened to me before and when ever it bluescreens or it crashes, my heart just drops

my dad tried overclocking my gpu thinking that it was a gpu error, i tried reseating all of the components, i tried plugging my pc into my wall, and the blue screen error message is driver_power_state_failure

the apps that usually accessed the internet would never actually access the internet, most of the apps never updated the changes that were done( i mean that as in when ever i click on something, it wouldnt show, etc)

only basic windows processes would actually show video but still wouldnt wwork have the time. i checked event viewer and i have like 50,000 events in system, dating all the wway back to january. the events consisted of mostly xbox game bar, my wifi adapter, and just regular stuff that i wont bother going through.

windows cortana, razer cortex, steam, discord, and opera gx always use a small amount of processing power, but now their using way too much. i also have msi afterburner, the nividia beta app, game jolt, r2modman, roblox account manager, universal unreal unlocker, unreal mod loader, openvr2key, livesplit, and unvreum

Hi, please download the Media creation tool, nothing to worry about, the repair will not delete any files on the PC, it will just repair the system files.

If your question, is if you purchase new PC and install Windows, yes, you need to activate it again, moreover, if your question is about the in-place upgrade (the last method I provide) you do not need to activate it again as it is just a repair.

Hi Geon, for that in-place upgrade, you do not need to activate it again, as it will just to a repair and will not reinstall the Windows.
