Hello,Rhiannon Gane
Welcome to posting in the Microsoft community.
Thank you for your feedback, there are currently no reports of the online tech support page not displaying, I'm guessing that this issue may be related to the current network conditions and browser profile, please follow the steps below to narrow down the issue.
I. Stop using IPv6
Recently, some community users have encountered anomalies in their connection to Microsoft servers, and the issue has been resolved by disabling the use of IPv6.
- Type "Control Panel" in the bottom search bar and select "Network & Internet > Network and Sharing Center."
- Right-click the network connection you're using (for example, Ethernet or wireless) and select Properties.
- Search for "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)", uncheck the box and click "OK" to save the settings.
II. Privacy Mode Browsing
- Right-click on the Edge browser icon and select New InPrivate Window.
- Contact online technical support in the privacy mode window.
If the same thing doesn't happen in Privacy Mode, it has something to do with the account itself or a third-party plugin or account profile.
Ⅲ. Reset the network
- Search for CMD and open it to find the command prompt to run in administrator mode.
- In the pop-up command box, type the following commands one by one (in each line, after finishing execution, type the next one) ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /registerdns netsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset netsh winhttp reset proxy
- Restart the computer to see if the problem can be fixed.
Ⅳ. Reset network settings
Press Windows + R, type inetcpl.cpl*,* open Internet Options, click Advanced and check "Use SSL 3.0", "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", "Use TLS 1.2", restart the computer after the application to see if the problem can be fixed.
Ⅴ. Reset Proxy Server Settings
Click Windows + R, type inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Connections, click LAN Settings, check if the Proxy Server column is enabled, if so, disable them and click OK, restart your computer after applying it to see if you can fix the problem.
Ⅵ. Modification of the DNS
- Click Windows+R and type ncpa.cpl.
- Click the name of the network to which you are now connected, open the Network Status window, click Properties, and then double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) in the Network Properties window.
- Manually set the DNS server to "4.2.2.1" and "4.2.2.2", OK, restart the computer to see if you can fix the problem.
After you refer to the above steps, you can share some information in this thread and I will answer your questions further. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Best Regards,
