    Disconnect the laptop from mains electricity.

    Press and hold the power button on the case of your laptop for 30 seconds.

    Wait 30 minutes

    Reconnect the power cable and start your laptop, does it boot into Windows?

    If that does not solve the problem, try connecting your laptop to an external monitor or TV to see if you can get an image on the screen.
