I tried both ports act the same way, Ethernet connected but no internet
No internet when usb tethering
When I connect my phone to computer for USB tethering my computer is unable to get internet access whilst it works well on my phone. My cord is not broken it can transfer files just well but when I set it to tethering mode an ethernet connection shows on my computer but it's just no internet.

Keep your phone plugged into an electrical outlet when using USB tethering.
