Im clicking on “forgot my pin” on my computer and all it’s doing is taking me back to the pin page and im just in a loop of not being able to change my pin. Ive never had this problem before because the “forgot my pin” button usually works but right now its not. I need help ASAP because i work from my computer and i will not be able to have any access to anything if i cant change my pin.

I don’t see a place to reset my pin. I’m logged into my same Microsoft account on my phone, searching through account security settings but nothing about pin. I also have e the Authenticator app, but nothing in there either.
Sidenote- I can’t seem to get my laptop to load into boot/troubleshoot to get into those menus either.

I guess the answer is no but I restarted my computer a few times then it finally allowed me to change it.

You can also try to reset your PIN by accessing your account via the web, on another device (such as a smartphone). Access your account security settings and change your pin.
