PACE Anti-Piracy, it's safe for my Windows 11 PC?? Would the computer recognize it?

Hi!! I'm installing something related to music and it's saids "Would you like to install this device software" which is "PACE Anti-Piracy, Inc. Dongles" and the publisher is "PACE Anti-Piracy, Inc.". My question is... if I install this... I won't get any viruses or blue screen?

I just want to make sure to see if it's safe for my computer.
