I tried all of the above. does anyone have other suggestions?
Amazon page (only) won't display fully and properly
Amazon pages never load correctly. (See image below) normally in Private mode, in any browser or on any of my four computers. Chrome or Edge.
Calling Amazon is largely a tour to no-where and claims they have no technical support for web issues.
This problem has happened for awhile (late 2023) and at one point Amazon technical support started to help, dropped the call and now Amazon claims they do not want to lend any technical support to subscribers or for purchasing support.
If anyone knows about this issue or can help to get their web pages to show properly, I would be grateful. All other web pages work great.
Just Amazon.
Thanks,
Michael

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
It's frustrating when a specific website doesn't load properly, especially one as frequently used as Amazon.
Here are several steps you can try to troubleshoot and possibly fix the issue:
- Clear Cache and Cookies: Over time, your browser's cache and cookies can accumulate and cause loading issues with websites. Clearing them might solve the problem. Since this happens in Private mode as well, this might not be the solution, but it's a good first step. Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
- Disable Browser Extensions: Sometimes, browser extensions can interfere with how web pages load. Try disabling all your browser extensions and then load Amazon again to see if that solves the issue.
- Check for Browser Updates: Ensure that your browsers (Chrome and Edge) are updated to their latest versions. Outdated browsers can lead to compatibility issues with websites.
- Try a Different DNS: Sometimes, DNS issues can cause problems accessing certain websites. Try changing your DNS settings to a public DNS service like Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1).
- Network Troubleshooting: There might be a network-related issue. Try restarting your router and modem. Additionally, if you're using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it to see if that's causing the issue.
- Check for System Updates: Make sure your operating system is up to date. Sometimes, compatibility issues can arise from outdated system files.
- Try Another Network: If possible, try connecting to Amazon using a different internet connection. This can help determine if the issue is network-related.
- Contact ISP: Since this issue is persistent across multiple devices and browsers, it might be worth contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP). They might have some network-level blocking or issues that are causing the problem.
- Use Amazon App: As a temporary workaround, consider using the Amazon app on a mobile device if you need to make a purchase and can't access the website.
If there is anything not clear or I can't understand your problem, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Best Regards
