Let me help you with this issue.
I understand you are having problems with your Redragon K552 keyboard.
It sounds like your Redragon K552 keyboard might have a connection issue or a software conflict. First, try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your PC, or if you're using a USB hub, plug it directly into the PC. This will help rule out any port-related issues. Additionally, test the keyboard on another device to check if it's functioning there. If it works on another device, the issue may be specific to your PC. You can also try power cycling the keyboard by unplugging it, waiting for about 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in, as this might reset the connection.
Next, check for any driver issues by opening Device Manager in Windows and looking for warning signs like a yellow exclamation mark under Keyboards. If you see one, right-click the keyboard, select Uninstall, and then unplug and reconnect the keyboard to allow Windows to reinstall the driver. It's also worth reviewing any recent software or Windows updates that may have caused the problem. Roll back any recent updates related to USB or input devices if needed. You might also want to visit Redragon’s website to see if there are any firmware or driver updates available for your keyboard. Lastly, some mechanical keyboards have key combinations that allow you to reset them to factory settings, so check the Redragon K552 manual to see if this option is available.
