Hello James,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
Are the LED indicator lights for caps lock or num lock visible on your keyboard?
At first, you may want to try restarting your Zenbook to see if the keyboard starts working again.
If restarting the device does not work, uninstall and reinstall the Keyboard drivers from the Device Manager.
- Right-click the Windows icon on the taskbar and select Device Manager.
- Expand the arrow next to Keyboards.
- Right-click your Integrated Keyboard driver, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, restart your computer.
- Test your Keyboard.
If you're still experiencing issues, right-click the Windows icon on the taskbar, and select Run.
• In the Run dialog box, paste the command below and click enter to run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
• Click next and follow the On-Screen instructions to complete the troubleshooter.
• Restart your computer and test the keyboard.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
Best regards,
Gunasekar N
