Portrait mode not working on the second monitor

Hi, I need some help over here! Im on Windows 10, I have just bought an arm for two of my monitors. I have one, main monitor which i want to be on the landscape mode, and the other monitor which i use for browsing net while playing game etc. to be on portrait mode. Now the problem is that when i try to change my other monitor (which i want to browse on) to portrait mode, I do evertything as said (display settings orientation and all the stuff) but I get a message thats says: The display settings could not be saved. Please try a different combination of display settings. Im really furious at the moment becuase i dont have any more room for my second monitor to be landscaped. I have been trying to fix this through whole month so I really wondered if you can help me. Thanks.

    Also I forgot to say, when I turn off my main monitor other monitor can be portraited.

    Hey Jayshri, thanks for yourr help. Unfortunatly it couldnt solve my problems. I have tried everything u said to me, and everything that other people did from the links u have sent to me, yet any of these couldnt help me. I have tried to see the list of all modes my monitor has and I only got resolutions for the landscaped version. If u know how to give me any more help I would be greatful, but I think that this one is unsolvable. Thanks.
