2024-03-04T05:01:13+00:00 Hi Chris,
I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I can see here that your SD card can't be detected on your Windows device. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.
Have you done any changes on your device before you had this issue?
Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)
May I know if you can use the SD card on your other device?
Please check and follow the steps below:
Update or Reinstall the SD card driver
Please press the Windows key + X
Then click Device manager
Kindly expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers
Right click the SD card driver and choose "Update Driver"
Select "Search automatically for drivers"
If the issue persists Choose "Browse my computer for driver" instead
and click " Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"
Choose the older version.
If it will still the same, please uninstall the driver and restart your device.
Please check if the issue persists. If yes, let's manually reinstall the driver from HP website.
Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.
Thank you,
Christine L
