As the title shown, the Hardware Reserved Memory is too high. How can I fix it?
I've used windows memory diagnostic tool, it shows my memory is ok.

My laptop has 8GB physical RAM (1.1GB is Hardware Reserved Memory) and 19.4GB virtual memory. It has Windows 10 Home Single Language 22H2 64-bit build 19045.5011

ps: I can't upload images, so I can't show task manager.

Thank you for that information, you have integrated graphics on your AMD processor, that is what the Hardware Reserved RAM is being used for, that is necessary for your graphics, it is automatically managed by Windows and you cannot manually change the amount of reserved RAM on your system.

There's two, first one is my video driver, second one is a virtual display that I don't use for a long time. Both of them is up-to-date.

Thank you for the screenshot, I do not see any indication of anything wrong with your RAM usage, it is actually at a minimum.

Open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, what device(s) do you see in that section?
