Thank you for your feedback!
From the pictures you provided, it seems that you encountered a network connection problem when trying to run the Roblox game. Here are some possible network troubleshooting steps:
- Check the network connection
Make sure your network connection is stable. You can try restarting the router or switching to a wired connection.
Or change the mobile hotspot.
- Check the antivirus software and firewall settings:
- Your antivirus software or firewall may list Roblox.com as an untrusted website. Check your antivirus software and firewall settings to see if there are rules blocking the website.
- Reset network settings using the command prompt:
- Open the command prompt (as an administrator) and try the following commands:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy
After executing these commands, restart your computer.
- Check the proxy settings:
- Sometimes, the system's proxy settings may prevent access to specific websites. Press Windows+R, enter inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Connections, click LAN Settings, check whether the proxy server column is checked, if so, please uncheck it, click OK, apply and restart the computer to see if the problem can be solved.
- If the proxy is not turned on, you can try to use a proxy software to try to connect.
- Reset network settings
- Press Windows+R, enter inetcpl.cpl, open Internet Options, click Advanced, and check "Use SSL 3.0", "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", "Use TLS 1.2", "Use TLS 1.3", apply and restart the computer to see if the problem can be solved.
- Clear browser cache and cookies:
- Try to clear browser cache and cookies. For some browsers, this may require you to close the browser and manually delete the relevant folders.
Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
- Run the Network Diagnostics Tool:
- Windows provides a Network Diagnostics Tool that you can run in Settings > Network & Internet > Troubleshoot Network Problems.
- Check DNS Settings:
- You have already tried refreshing DNS, but you can double-check that you are using the correct DNS servers. Press windows+R and type ncpa.cpl
Click the name of the network you are currently connected to, open the Network Status window, click Properties, and double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) in the Network Properties window.
Manually set the DNS servers to "4.2.2.1" and "4.2.2.2", confirm, and restart the computer to see if this solves the problem.
- Contact Roblox Support
If none of the above methods can solve the problem, you can contact Roblox Support for further assistance.
Hopefully these tips will help you! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to let me know.
