When I click the three dot toggle in the file explorer ribbon, the menu it opens expands beyond the top of the screen.
This makes the options before "Properties", and "Options" inaccessible unless you reduce the window size.
My version is Version 24H2 (0S Build 26100.2033), and there are no available system updates.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
This is a widely reported bug in version 24H2, currently there is no fix released for this, the best option is to report this on the Feedback Hub (Windows Key + F), the more people that report this to their developers, the sooner we will get a patch to resolve this bug in version 24H2, hopefully in the November update.
I am also experiencing the same issue of the three dotted "More Options" menu expanding above the viewport, and you have to manually drag the windows explorer window down to get full view of the "More Options" menu. Its annoying.
