I am online, for example here in Firefox.

When I start Microsift Store it tells me that I am not online.

Wsreset.exe can not solve the problem, because that leads to the same error message.

I have installed all updates. Just Edge is not installed at my computer and never will be.

Please download the media creation tool to perform an In-place upgrade and not the installation assistant. Kindly let me know how it goes.

I can not find out when I used the Microsoft Store well last time. But I do not use it often, so it may be a long time ago.

Using my phones hotspot did not change the result "Sorry about that".

Where is the windows store executable located?

When was the last time it worked properly? Can you try connecting to another network like your phone's mobile hotspot and see if the issue persists?

    Hi Jon Dev,

    thanks for your long answer.

    About your points:

The AV I un-installed, but it did not solve the problem. A VPN I do not use.

Changing my region to USA did not solve the problem also. For now it is still set to USA

It is impossibe to sign in or out to the store, because it do not start

In my internet options only TLS 1.2 was set, I added 1.3, but it did not solve the problem

Proxy is OFF, I do not use it.

I set the preferred DNS to 1.1.1.1, but it did not solve the problem also

The network reset is done yet too, and it did not solve the problem also

Do the Microsoft Store need a special whitlisting in Windows Defender? Wherer is the Windows Store App located?

Maybe interesting is that microsoft store apps like Solitaire & Casual Games connect to the internet easy without problems.

    Regards, Andreas
